Early access · Applications open

Every client call ends with a clear next step, and SlotPilot makes sure it happens.

SlotPilot is the follow-up tool for independent consultants. It works with the Google or Outlook calendar you already use, sends reminders for you, and keeps every next step tied to the right client.

Works with Google Calendar and Outlook. A small, hand-picked tester group. Applying takes about 3 minutes and doesn't guarantee access.

The problem

The call is the easy part. The next step is where things slip.

When you're running several client relationships at once, the session itself is rarely the problem. The problem is what happens after it.

  • The call goes well

You agree on a recap, a proposal or a check-in in two weeks. Everyone leaves knowing what happens next.

  • Then the next step scatters

It ends up in a doc, a notebook, an email draft or a sticky note, and with eight other calls that week, it's easy to lose track of where.

  • And it quietly slips

The recap goes out late, the check-in never happens, and you're sending reminders by hand just to keep things moving.

How it works

Keep your calendar. Add the part it doesn't do.

  1. Step 1:Connect your calendar

Keep using Google Calendar or Outlook. SlotPilot connects to it and organizes your client calls by client.

  2. Step 2:Reminders go out automatically

Before each session, you and your client get a reminder. No more sending them by hand.

  3. Step 3:Every call ends with a next step

After each call, SlotPilot prompts you for the follow-up, ties it to that client, and keeps it visible until it's done.

What early access really means

Small group. Real feedback. No overpromising.

We'd rather build this with 20 consultants who really use it than sign up 2,000 who never log in. Here's the deal, upfront.

Dash, SlotPilot's paper-plane mascot, waving hello
Hi, I'm Dash. Here's the deal, honestly.
  • It's an early prototype

The core flow works, but it isn't polished yet. You'll see it change week to week based on what testers tell us.

  • A small, selected group

Applying doesn't open an account. We read every application and invite a small group of consultants by hand.

  • Guided setup, together

Selected testers get personal help connecting their calendar and setting things up, so you're not figuring it out alone.

  • What we ask in return

Use SlotPilot in your real work week, and share honest feedback, including one short call of about 20 minutes.

Who it's for

You'll be a great fit if…

Not a perfect match? You can still apply. Tell us about your setup, and we'll keep you in mind for later rounds.

  • You're based in the US
  • You're an independent consultant with roughly 3 or more active clients
  • Follow-ups after client calls sometimes slip, or end up scattered across docs, notes and inboxes
  • You use Google Calendar or Outlook
  • You're happy to use it weekly and tell us what's working and what isn't

FAQ

Questions, answered honestly

Do I get access as soon as I apply?

No. Applying puts you on our review list; it doesn't open an account. We read every application by hand and invite a small group of consultants whose work matches what we're testing. If you're selected, we'll email you a personal onboarding invitation.

When will I hear back?

We plan to start inviting the first testers in late October 2026. We'll let every applicant know either way, though if we get a lot of applications it may take a little longer.

Is it free?

Yes. Early-access testers use SlotPilot free during the test. In return, we ask you to use it in your real week and share honest feedback, including one short call (about 20 minutes).

Do I have to replace my calendar?

No. SlotPilot connects to the Google Calendar or Outlook calendar you already use. It adds reminders and follow-up tracking on top, so you don't have to move your schedule anywhere.

How hard is setup?

Because it's an early prototype, setup can take up to a day, mostly connecting your calendar and adding your clients. Every selected tester gets personal, guided help from the team, so you won't be doing it alone.

Does SlotPilot handle payments or invoicing?

Not yet. Payments are on our roadmap, but they're not part of early access.

How finished is the product?

It's an early, working prototype. The core flow (calendar connection, reminders and follow-up tasks) works, but expect rough edges and things that change quickly based on what testers tell us.

Who is the early-access group for?

Independent consultants in the US who are juggling several client relationships at once (usually 3 or more active clients) and who find that follow-ups after client calls sometimes slip or get scattered across tools.

What happens to my data?

We use your application only to review it and contact you about SlotPilot early access. We don't sell it or share it for advertising. You can ask us to delete it at any time. See our privacy policy for details.

Want to help shape SlotPilot?

We're choosing a small group of independent consultants to test the prototype with us. It takes about 3 minutes to apply.
