SlotPilot is an early-stage company based in Denver, Colorado. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it. We've kept it short and plain.
What we collect
- What you enter in the early-access application: name, email, optional LinkedIn URL, location (US or not), the kind of consulting you do, number of active clients, the tools you use, what slips through the cracks, whether you're willing to give feedback, and how you heard about us.
- Campaign tags in the link you used (for example, utm_source), so we know which outreach is working.
How we use it
- To review your application and decide who to invite to early access.
- To email you about your application and, if you're selected, about onboarding and feedback.
- To understand, in aggregate, what consultants struggle with, so we can improve the product.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with advertisers. We don't use advertising trackers on this site.
Where it's stored
Applications are stored in a secured database run by our hosting provider and are accessible only to the SlotPilot team.
How long we keep it
We keep applications for as long as the early-access program runs, and up to 12 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your application. Email us at support@slotpilot.ai, and we'll take care of it.
